This site is built by adding one instrument, one page, or one improvement at a time, driven by what people actually need — tell us what is missing.
A missing instrument
A score, classification, or decision rule you use regularly that is not on the site yet. Tell us the full name and, if you have it, a link to the original publication — that is usually the fastest way for us to build it correctly.
A missing condition or comparison
Every condition page groups the instruments relevant to it. If you searched for a condition and found nothing, or found the wrong instruments grouped together, that is worth telling us directly.
A threshold or reference we do not have
The MCID/PASS threshold database only grows if people who know the literature tell us what is missing from it. A citation is enough — we will do the rest.
Something about how the site works
Faster scoring, a better mobile layout, an export format, an integration with something you already use — if it would make the site more useful in your actual workflow, we want to hear it.
What happens next
We read every suggestion. We cannot promise to build every one, and a new instrument in particular has to clear the licensing check described in our editorial methodology before it can go live — but a concrete, specific suggestion with a source is far more likely to get built than a general request.
